The balcony which stretches across the front of the chalet is the perfect sport for a morning coffee and watch as the sleepy town comes to life. The Super Morzine lift or Pleney lift are just a short roll from your door step, 600m away, meaning  riding Les Portes du Soleil has never been easier, you have plenty of alpine mountain trails to choose from to explore by bike, on foot, by air or even luge, there is no shortage of summer activities in Morzine.

A short, less than 5 minute stroll into the heart of the town and you will find a whole host of boulangeries, patisseries, shops, cafes and restaurants as well as a well stocked supermarket. The chalet is also perfectly located for the weekly traditional Savoie farmers market which takes place every Wednesday and is exactly the place to visit to fill up your picnic basket for the mountains or find souvenirs to take home.
