Fun, Light hearted and accessible to all, these are the 3 main principles of the Mates races . These are not "races" as you know them; no pressure, no ego and crappy tracks and bon vibes only. The Morzine mates race series provides a light hearted, friendly and interesting format to race against your mates.

These races are completely free of charge run by a host of local legends and aim to bring the Morzine summer community together over their love of riding bikes, all washed down by plenty of beers and some good food.

For those who haven't been to one of the mates races before, these are super low-pressure,  friendly and social 'races'. The  aim is to bring the Morzine MTB community together and focus more on the "mates" than the "races", so if you're wanting to take things seriously then you've come to the wrong place.  Everyone is welcome here, come along, have fun and make some new mates, but don't expect a professionally organised World Cup race.
